• Enable our Clients to have choice and control in their care, whilst supporting their lifestyle choices. We will respect and promote the diversity and human rights of our Clients and Staff
• Match employees to clients based on their aptitude, skills and personality. All applicants will be screened, interviewed and recruited using safe recruitment procedures
• Train staff to be experts in providing care for their client ensuring that their skills are developed and updated as required. We will actively support the continuous personal development of our staff
• Consistently deliver quality care, adhere to regulations and adopt best practice whilst ensuring that our clients and staff are kept safe
• Respond promptly to client requests and changes in care requirements and at all times maintain a flexible and proactive service
• Adopt a proactive approach to risk management, assessing on a planned and ongoing basis whilst supporting clients who choose to take informed risk where we can
• Act with honesty, integrity and openness, auditing services and providing agreed and ad hoc reporting to ensure that all key stakeholders are aware of any issues as they arise.
