Weston Hospicecare is a charity which provides palliative care for people living with a life-limiting illness in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas as far afield as Highbridge, Burnham-on-Sea, Cheddar, Draycott, Clevedon, Wedmore, Congresbury, Blagdonand Wrington.
Our goal is to help people with incurable conditions to live as well as they can, for as long as they can. We help them feel like family and friends again, not just patients and carers.
If you or your family member or loved one has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, we will do our best to provide help and support. Our doctors, nurses, allied health professions, complementary therapists andFamily Support Team (including bereavement and spiritual support and counselling)all work together to provide those we care for with excellent professional care, which is also supported by our wonderful team of dedicated and experienced volunteers.
