Studio Upstairs is an art therapy charity which enables adults (18+) with mental health and emotional difficulties to engage with art making and develop and grow in a supportive community. Our art studio in Bristol is facilitated by Studio Managers who are experienced art therapists as well as practising artists.  Art materials and tea, and coffee are provided. Regular reviews are held to reflect on members' progress. There are also group meetings to discuss artwork and ideas as well as exhibitions and outings. Members pay a membership fee to attend the studio, usually through an Adult Social Care or NHS Care Plan.
