The Silver Trees Community Hub is a welcoming day service for people aged 55 and over who would benefit from companionship, meaningful activities and a supportive environment.

Whether you are living alone, feeling socially isolated, looking to make new friends, or simply enjoy spending time with others, our Community Hub offers a relaxed and friendly place where you can connect, take part and belong.

Our experienced team provides a varied programme of activities designed to promote wellbeing, maintain independence and encourage social interaction. Every visit also includes a freshly prepared three-course home-cooked meal, served in a welcoming dining environment.

The Community Hub is also an ideal option for family members and unpaid carers who would benefit from a regular period of respite, knowing their loved one is spending the day in a safe, engaging and caring setting.

Our aim is to help older people remain socially connected, improve wellbeing and enjoy fulfilling days in a caring community.

Before attending the Community Hub, we will arrange an informal conversation with you, your family member, carer or referrer to discuss your individual needs, interests and expectations.

This allows us to take a person-centred approach, ensuring we understand what is important to you, explain what the Community Hub offers, and agree together whether the service is the right fit for your needs.

Opening times: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm

Cost: £54.00 per day

If you have any specific health needs, mobility requirements, dietary needs or other support requirements, these can be discussed during your initial conversation to ensure we can provide the best possible experience.
