The Wellbeing House is a free retreat for those who want to enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

Our beautiful and peaceful environment provides a place of sanctuary, where people can receive support to help prevent a deterioration in their mental health and wellbeing. 

The service is available for seven-day stays,

Monday to Monday – free of charge.

Health, social care and housing professionals can refer people to the Wellbeing House. 

Referrals can be made by phone or email. You can also refer yourself to this service.
