Understanding your tenancy agreement. Knowing yours, and your landlords’ rights and responsibilities. Tips on effective communication with your landlord. Know what to do, and who to contact

if things go wrong. Refreshments are provided!


Community Learning offer short courses for adults living in North Somerset (minimum age 19).

Priority is given to those who have few or no qualifications, and to those who wish to develop skills and confidence for work, further learning or to improve their health and wellbeing.

Our courses are FREE for those on benefits and with low incomes.



Due to our funding each person can attend only one course at a time – 

and are welcomed and encouraged to join follow-on courses.


We have a session on either Thursday 29 January, Thursday 26th February or Thursday 26th March                   9.30am – 12.30pm

at Friends Meeting House, corner of High Street and Oxford Street, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1JF
